I haven’t been here for a (long) while. I notice myself that I recently can’t focus on anything, I always wake up in the middle of the night and face difficulty to get back to sleep, almost everything gets on my nerve easily, misinterpret what others say or do...which is not OK. My friend says I’m (too) stressed. I don’t want to see psychiatrist (for now) but if unbearable, I’d go.
So I would like to know how do ya’all cope with this kind of thing? Any advice?
